Ivan Paya

I currently hold a Senior Researcher "Beatriz Galindo" Fellowship at the Departamento Fundamentos Análisis Económico, University of Alicante. I am Professor of Economics (On leave) at Lancaster University, and a former Head of the Economics Department. I am co-director of the UK Housing Observatory
and the International Housing Observatory.

Bruno Pellegrino

I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. I do research on in (International) Finance and Macroeconomics, with a secondary interest in Industrial Organization. I received my PhD in Business Economics from UCLA in 2020.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Université Paris-Dauphine - PSL. I received PhD in Economics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2021. I am an applied microeconomist, and my work is related to Public and Digital Economics. Currently, I am contributing to the SHARE-ERIC’s COVID-19 research project about the non-intended consequences of COVID-19 control in Europe.
