Julio Andres Blanco was educated at the University of Buenos Aires, University Torcuato DiTella and New York University, where he received his Ph.D in 2015. His major field of interest is macroeconomics, with special emphasis on monetary economics. He also works on frictional labor and financial markets. Julio is the recipient of various honors and awards, including the Dean's Dissertation Fellowship, the McCraken Fellowship at New York University and the Dissertation Intern Program in the Resea

Professor Sir Richard Blundell, CBE FBA is David Ricardo Chair of Political Economy at University College London. He is Director of the ESRC Centre for the Microeconomic Analysis of Public Policy at IFS. His published papers on microeconometrics, consumer behavior, savings, labour supply, taxation, public finance, innovation, and inequality have appeared in the top academic journals. He is currently editor and panel member of the IFS-Deaton Review: Inequality in the 21st Century.

Peter Boswijk

Peter Boswijk is Professor of Financial Econometrics at the Amsterdam School of Economics, University of Amsterdam. His research on non-stationary time series and volatility modelling has been published in international journals such as the Journal of Econometrics and the Journal of Business & Economic Statistics. He had held visiting positions at various international institutions, including the University of California, San Diego and NYU Stern School of Business.
