I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Copenhagen and a Research Fellow at IZA and CReAM. I lead the Economic Assimilation Research Network, which was awarded the Innovation Fund Denmark’s Grand Solutions research grant in 2017.

I mainly work on dimensionality reduction and factor models. I also work on causal inference in panel data models, and have lately been interested in discrimination and algorithmic fairness.
