Humboldt UniversityI am an Assistant Professor at the department of economics at Humboldt University. I focus on topics around migration economics, political economics and development economics. I obtained my PhD in November 2018 from the Paris School of Economics (supervisor: Hillel Rapoport). I spent the acdemic year of 2015/16 as an associate at the department of economics at Harvard University under the supervision of the late Alberto Alesina.
