I am a postdoc at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) and researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies (IFFS). I am also affiliated with UCFS, UCLS and ASWEDE. Previously visiting scholar at UC Berkeley and Columbia University. PhD in Economics from Uppsala University. My research focuses on topics related to inequality, culture and migration.

Bryan Hardy joined the BIS in 2018 after completing his PhD in economics earlier that year from the University of Maryland, College Park. He researches broadly in the areas of international finance, banking, emerging markets, and corporate finance.

I am a professor of international economics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Germany). I received my doctorate from the University of St. Gallen, held positions at the University of Konstanz and at RWTH Aachen University, and also teach at the Study Center Gerzensee. My main research areas are international economics, macroeconomics and political economy. I have published several papers in these areas as well as a masters-level textbook on international macroeconomics.
