Beforehand, he worked in various position in Finance for HSBC and Cargill. His research interest are time series, model selection as well as applied statistics in finance and engeneering.

I am Associate Professor for Applied Economics at RWTH University Aachen and affiliated with IIES at Stockholm University, CEPR and CESifo. I also serve as research professor at the ifo Institute Munich. My research focuses on macroeconomics, in particular business cycles, labor and monetary economics. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bonn.

I am an economist at the research department of the Bank of Italy, Economics and Law Division. I am also a Research Affiliate in the Public Economics and Organizational Economics programmes at CEPR and a member of the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality, Bocconi University. I have received my Ph.D. in Economics from Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES), Stockholm University. My main research areas are public economics, corporate governance and gender economics.
