David Andolfatto

David Andolfatto is a Senior Vice President in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He was a professor of economics at the University of Waterloo (1991-2000) and Simon Fraser University (2000-2009), before joining the Fed in July 2009. Mr. Andolfatto has published several articles in the profession's leading economic journals; including the American Economic Review, the Journal of Political Economy, and the Journal of Economic Theory.

In my research, I apply and develop machine learning methods to address problems of causal inference in labor economics.
